the breakfast was a mess. the buffet was empty one morning, and the staff seemed overwhelmed. another morning it was nearly the same. there was no apology or offer to compensate for the missing breakfast. the breakfast area is small. this made for a frustrating start to the day.

This hotel has a PRIME location near the city's main attractions. I had no problem with the staff. They were always super nice and helpful. The room was quiet. The hotel arranged a taxi for my transport to the airport. I appreciate it.
I noticed a SLIGHT unpleasant odor at the entrance, but this was not constant.
